Day 2: Work was infuriating and exhausting. No time to shop for ingredients, so I’ll make do with what I have.
Breakfast: Cereal (Honey Bunches of Oats + Almonds) and Organic Horizon 2% Milk. No picture necessary.
Lunch: More fried rice leftovers. And a banana and some mango slices.
Dinner: Grilled Cheese Sandwich (Whole Foods “Seeduction” Bread, Kosher Muenster cheese and slices of tomato in toaster oven for 365 degrees for 5 min, flipped and toasted for 2 in) + Chopped romaine lettuce with miso dressing and 2 peeled longans.
