Lazy Pescetarian 01

Day 1: I decided against a spaghetti frittata because I didn’t want leftovers spoiling in the fridge while I leave for vacation.

Breakfast: Peanut Butter and Banana Sandwich on Whole Foods Market “Seeduction” bread.


Lunch: Vegetarian fried rice, with corn, egg, onion, green onion, etc.

Dinner: Tortilla-encrusted tilapia, blackbean risotto, and seasonal vegetables. From NxNW
